The Dashboard in kidogarten.com helps parents and teachers monitor a child’s activity and performance on the website.

All the child’s activity on the site is logged against time. Parents and teachers can isolate a particular time-span and see in great detail exactly what the child has done on the site during this time.

The statistics include the number of “rewards” and “stickers” that the child has been awarded, as well as complete quantitative information on the child’s site activity. Specifically, by clicking on the “Assessment Centre” option, a detailed description of the child’s use of the site appears, divided into 3 areas:

Time spent on each activity

Percentage of use by subject area

Number of right and wrong answers

All the information is presented in graphs which enable the parent and teacher to quickly evaluate the child’s site activity, draw conclusions about the child’s favourite topics of study and spot potential talents the child may have.
